RGB LED controllers work on a much simpler principal. They alter the power on each of the three channels (red, green and blue) to create a specific colour mix. To generate a purple colour, for example, the red and blue channels would be wound up, and the green channel turned off completely. Mixing blue and red light will give you the purple you are looking for. It is not as precise as DMX, but more than adequate for most residential and commercial applications where cost is a factor.

Shipping We endeavour to ensure all orders are shipped out as soon as possible! Orders placed after 12pm will only be processed the following day.

We courier with MDS or Fastway couriers direct to your home or business. Items are fulfilled within 48 hours, stock dependant. Once items are fulfilled delivery occurs anywhere between 24 – 72 hours, depending on local, main, regional or outlying areas.

We source 3rd party items from a number of suppliers. In some cases there may be delays in getting the goods in, in this case you will be notified and given the option to wait for the order or cancel and receive a full refund.

Delivery Address

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Where possible please use a business address for delivery as the courier will not leave a package without signature.

Undeliverable packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment reflected in our bank account.
